AI PCs are starting to appear in earnest across the market. Market expectations are rising with the release of Samsung Galaxy Book, the first domestic product to feature Qualcomm's AI chip.

Samsung Electronics unveiled the 'Galaxy Book 4 Edge', which offers Galaxy AI functions, on the 21st. It was reported that it supports AI functions from on-device to the cloud and provides an AI PC usage experience by promoting hybrid AI.

The Galaxy Book 4 Edge is the first 'Copilot+ PC' in the Galaxy Book series to provide an integrated cloud AI experience through collaboration with Microsoft. It is an evolved product that allows the existing Copilot functions, which were previously only based on cloud AI, to be enjoyed based on on-device AI as well.

Additionally, Qualcomm's AI PC-only processor 'Snapdragon X Elite' installed in the Galaxy Book 4 Edge supports powerful AI processing by being equipped with an NPU that provides a processing speed of up to 45 TOPS (Trillion Operations Per Second).

It is released in three models: one 35.6 cm (14 inches) and two 40.6 cm (16 inches), and features a thin and light design that is easy to carry.
