CEO Tan shared his approach and insights to restore Intel’s technology and process leadership, emphasizing that a customer-centric mindset is central to Intel’s strategy to capitalize on future significant software, hardware and foundry engineering opportunities and drive new technology advancements.

“As CEO, my top priority is to spend time with our customers,” said CEO Tan, showing his firm determination. He added, “Intel will be an engineering-centric company, and we will listen to your opinions and actively reflect them to bring innovative solutions to the market that can solve your challenges and lead to your success together.”

CEO Tan pledged to focus on customer centricity and engineering, and to "listen deeply" to the needs of customers and partners. The company said it values dedicated silicon design that supports customers' core workloads by adopting a software-centric design approach.
