SK텔레콤(대표이사 CEO 유영상)이 SK C&C와 공동 개발 중인 업무용 AI 에이전트 ‘에이닷 비즈(A. Biz)’의 사내 비공개 베타 테스트(CBT)를 시작했다.
'Adot Biz', Improving Productivity Using AI
SK Telecom (CEO Yoo Young-sang) has taken its first step toward business innovation using artificial intelligence (AI).
SK Telecom announced that it began an internal closed beta test (CBT) of 'A. Biz', an AI agent for business use that it is jointly developing with SK C&C, on January 31. This test will be conducted on approximately 300 members of SKT and SK C&C.
Adot Biz is SK's core B2B AI solution, an enterprise AI agent that uses AI technology to innovate work methods and increase productivity.
Through this CBT, we are preparing for a full-scale market entry by testing the functions of two versions: Adot Biz, which supports common daily tasks, and Adot Biz Professional, which specializes in professional tasks.
Adot Biz provides functions frequently used in daily work, such as searching for internal and external information, writing meeting minutes, managing and coordinating schedules, reserving conference rooms, and IT help desk.
When members enter the work content they need into the Adot Biz chat window, they will receive a response and even complete the work in one stop.
For example, if you enter the command 'Check available conference rooms for tomorrow morning', it will search for multiple conference rooms and even process reservations.
Adot Biz Professional supports customized functions specialized in professional work areas such as legal, tax, and PR. We plan to increase the usability of AI through various professional functions, such as reviewing existing data to provide legal advice or monitoring and organizing company-related news.
Adot Biz plans to improve performance by utilizing various language models, such as SKT's own Large Language Model (LLM) 'Adot AX' and Open AI's ChatGPT.
SKT plans to form a task force centered on UI/UX experts to improve quality and usability, and to improve quality by reflecting various feedback collected during the closed beta testing process.
SKT plans to go through this improvement process and officially launch the commercial version of Adot Biz within the first half of this year, and provide it first to 21 major SK member companies.
Shin Yong-sik, head of SK Telecom’s AIX business division, said, “This CBT will be an important opportunity to test various functions before the full launch of Adot Biz,” adding, “We will present a highly complete official version and continue to work for AI-based business innovation in the industry.”
