Part 1: Importance of Signal Integrity and Measurement Solutions / Part 2: PCI Express Technology Trends and Certification Test Solutions
Part 1 In today's high-speed serial communications where data transmission speeds are rapidly increasing, ensuring Signal Integrity of transmitted signals is becoming increasingly emphasized for improved communication quality. Additionally, there is a need for insight into Signal Integrity loss caused by the connection channel between Tx and Rx. In this session, we will explore what Signal Integrity is and introduce Signal Integrity measurement solutions through Time Domain analysis using oscilloscopes and network analyzers. Part 2 In modern digital computers and communication systems, PCI Express is becoming a universal technology standard for many developers. Furthermore, with the recent demand for high-speed data transmission and requirements for high efficiency, the application of PCI Express standard technology is expanding across a wide range of applications including mobile and storage. In this session, we will introduce PCI Express technology trends along with explanations of certification tests specified in the PCI Express standard and related measurement solutions.
