Agilent Solutions for Pesticide Analysis in Eggs
Recently, food safety has been threatened as pesticide components harmful to human health have been detected in eggs, starting with fipronil and currently confirming five components including bifenthrin, flufenoxuron, etoxazole, and pyridaben.
Agilent has established separation and analysis methods not only for simultaneous pesticide analysis methods listed in the "Pesticide Analysis Method for Livestock Products" currently used by government and related agencies, but also for other pesticide and agricultural chemical analysis.
We provide a One Agilent solution covering sample pretreatment through quantitative and qualitative analysis methods using mass spectrometry.
This web seminar introduces solutions for pesticide analysis in eggs.
The sample pretreatment process consists of two steps: extraction first, then purification second.
Using egg samples, we will demonstrate the extraction process using AOAC QuEChERS Kit among Agilent's various QuEChERS kits, and the purification process using General Dispersive SPE Clean up kit containing MgSO4, C18, PSA and graphite carbon black.

Agilent's application note presents a multi-component simultaneous analysis method for residual pesticides using the Agilent 1290 Infinity II LC system and Agilent Triple Quadrupole LC/MS.
450 types of residual pesticides are analyzed in less than 10 minutes, and an LOQ of 0.01 mg/kg or lower is achieved. Data analysis using Triggered MRM enhances the reliability of the analysis.

- 발표자료가 다운되지 않네요.. 1% Acetic acid 이외에 다른 산을 사용하면 안되는걸까요?? Original과 AOAC, EN 법 중 AOAC를 택한 이유가 있나요? 나일론 재질 이외의 다른 재질의 필터를 사용해되 되나요?
