We introduce Pro-face as a gateway between OT and IT to move beyond simple operation terminals to higher-level systems, serving as the center of smart equipment. The HMI Centric Solution features three major characteristics.
First, high flexibility enables complete data collection from various brand devices based on Pro-face's rich protocol compatibility including OPC UA, MQTT, and SQL. Second, simple visibility pursues intuitive and efficient information delivery layouts as a 4th generation HMI Design. 2. Latest Pro-face HMI: ST6000 Series and BLUE Software
ST6000 Series and BLUE 3.1 SP1 provide a new level of visualization in the Basic HMI market that competing products cannot achieve. Enhanced operability and superior display quality unmatched by other basic products have been realized. Optimizing operational and system information, high connectivity through rich interfaces and user-friendly protocols enables easy device connection through multiple interfaces and OT-to-IT connection through OPC-UA server functionality.
Schneider Electric provides international standard cybersecurity solutions for remote experts, enabling efficient remote problem diagnosis and resolution while guaranteeing proper spare parts repairs. Additionally, downtime is measured in hours rather than days. BLUE software is a revolutionary screen design software that changes existing concepts, making it easy for anyone to create dynamic screens with gesture operation and providing flexible design styles that are simple to modify.
3. Pro-face HMI-based Smart Motor Predictive Maintenance Solution
This solution is a packaged solution developed and launched by Schneider Electric Korea for customers highly interested in equipment digitalization and factory smartification, as well as domestic small, medium, and large enterprises requiring motor protection, information monitoring, and energy conservation. In particular, through an HMI-based smart motor predictive maintenance solution that maximizes energy savings and maintenance efficiency of production facilities, we aim to present practical and validated technology.
An integrated solution combining Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), HMI, EOCR solution with digital metering functionality provides motor current protection as well as specialized voltage and power measurement, delivering sensor data through high-speed Ethernet communication to facilitate systematic management.
In particular, without requiring a separate IT gateway, information sent from devices is collected in the cloud through the Modicon M262 PLC, enabling easy transfer of multiple motor data to IT level. Based on this, it is a "smart" integrated solution enabling integrated motor management, maintenance, and predictive maintenance.
