STM32WB Connectivity Product Development Getting Started Guide

One essential aspect that cannot be overlooked in MCU development is 'how well the development environment is equipped.'

MCU is an area with many difficulties when looking at just a single device. Since MCUs have such diverse functionality built in, the pace of change in the world is quite rapid for developers to study and develop each aspect individually.

ST Microelectronics' development policy is to help developers approach these areas more easily.

In particular, the Nucleo board is designed with a debugger function built in at an affordable price, allowing developers to conveniently create and evaluate prototypes. It also features an Arduino shield-compatible connector built in, making it easy to connect with various peripheral devices.

Additionally, we provide various development tools including CubeMX, a code auto-generation tool necessary for software development, RF control, precise power consumption measurement, and MCU internal variable monitoring.

To provide an even better development environment, ST collects data from various countries every year. In the ecosystem, the company headquarters consolidates annually what customers are requesting and what the differences are in regional requirements, and presents an improved ecosystem with prioritized improvements.
