Keithley 4200A-SCS Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer - Getting to Know It Properly

All devices have inherent characteristics with respect to current and voltage. 

In particular, measurement of electrical characteristics is becoming increasingly important for devices in various fields such as semiconductors, nanodevices, and new materials.

We would like to introduce the semiconductor parameter analyzer, an all-in-one instrument capable of performing appropriate measurements for this purpose, and share measurement methods utilizing it.

We will examine the 4200A-SCS instrument, which is composed of an SMU (Source Measure Unit) for IV characterization, a CVU (Capacitance Voltage Unit) for AC impedance measurement, and a PMU (Pulse Measure Unit) for P-IV measurement. We will also cover information on new SMU and CVU models released as new products.

Therefore, this program is structured to be beneficial educational content for both those who actually use the Keysight 4200A SCS instrument and those who have had general questions about this equipment.
