NFC Solution for Cordless Kitchen

Ki cordless Kitchen is a technology standard that eliminates cords in the kitchen using NFC technology and wireless charging technology.

Through maximum 2300W of Wireless Power, it enables small kitchen appliances (air fryers, mixers, rice cookers) as well as kitchen hubs and induction hubs to operate.

By utilizing NFC technology for FoD (Foreign Object Detection) and power control, safety and convenience are enhanced, and as a technology standard, all appliances certified as Ki-cordless are compatible regardless of manufacturer.

As an NFC solution, the ST25R3916 has significantly lower sleep current compared to competitors and is highly immune to noise components such as LCD. Functions like DPO facilitate RF communication. Additionally, by using CE mode to operate the ST25R3916 as a Tag rather than a Reader, it compensates for the weak reliability of Tags.

The ST2R is the most suitable solution for Ki-cordless with low consumption current and high RF performance, which are essential elements for battery life.
