Wolfspeed SiC Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Solutions
Through this Wolfspeed webinar, we will examine power conversion system topologies and circuit design for advanced residential air conditioning and system air conditioning, as well as commercial heat pumps.
We will provide a brief explanation of how system thermal management can be improved by replacing conventional silicon (Si) power devices with silicon carbide (SiC) power devices.
Silicon carbide power semiconductors help reduce overall system size, decrease weight, lower costs, and improve performance.
Additionally, Wolfspeed's hardware reference designs can assist with design, system optimization, and performance demonstration.
We hope this session will provide you with an understanding of trends in heat pump and air conditioning design as well as circuit design techniques.
