2022 e4ds Automotive Tech Concert - Hybrid Map for Point-to-Point Movement Based on Designated Zones

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced a 'Mobility Innovation Roadmap' and stated that it will expand the construction of high-precision road maps targeting major roads and urban areas nationwide by 2030, and will also establish a real-time update system.
 
By 2030, construction will proceed in stages starting with roads expected to undergo autonomous driving priority operation, targeting major roads and urban areas nationwide, and will concurrently pursue the construction of three-dimensional high-precision spatial maps of facilities such as tunnels and bridges for digital twin implementation.
 
Additionally, the goal is to establish a system that conducts real-time updates of map data at the point of road change detection by utilizing personal vehicle sensors and road master data.
 
At this Automotive Tech Concert, a high-precision road map webinar series will be held to examine high-precision road maps, one of the fundamental infrastructures for autonomous driving.
 
The session will cover high-precision map standardization issues and will be an opportunity to share domestic companies' high-precision map technologies and applications. We appreciate your participation.
