Microchip SiC Products Excellent in High-Power Switching Applications

This webinar will introduce Microchip mSiC™ solutions suitable for high power switching applications and explain the advantages of using SiC (silicon carbide) instead of Si. Additionally, we will compare electrical characteristics with other SiC suppliers by presenting various examples of ruggedness.

To optimize SiC design, it is very important to understand the characteristics of SiC gate structures. We will provide an explanation of this and introduce Microchip's digital gate driver, a plug-and-play turnkey solution.

Finally, by referring to the various hardware design and reference design resources provided by Microchip as well as application demo boards, you can reduce research and development resources and shorten development time for new projects.
