Cloud providers have reached the point of offering platforms that integrate and manage all functions across hybrid infrastructure combining these various forms of environments.
Hybrid cloud ensures interconnectivity across different environments, and enterprises can gain the benefits of edge computing through hybrid cloud. For example, rather than continuously sending data generated from IoT sensors to a central server, processing data first at a computation server located close to the sensors enables more real-time and stable data management.
Meanwhile, as cyber security threats become increasingly sophisticated, the adoption of solutions protecting applications and APIs, such as zero-trust security, has emerged as an important issue.
