Accurate Dynamic Current and Noise Measurement | From Current Measurement Principles to IsoVu™ Practical Applications
With the rapid advancement of the power electronics field, the importance of safe and accurate current measurement is becoming increasingly prominent. In line with these changes, Tektronix introduces the IsoVu™ isolated current probe, the industry's first probe with RF isolation technology applied.
The Tektronix IsoVu™ isolated current probe supports maximum bandwidth of 1GHz and features maximum common mode voltage of 1800VRMS and high CMRR, enabling measurement of large and fast currents in SiC and GaN power converters. Additionally, it can clearly measure small and fast current changes in IoT and wearable devices, allowing accurate verification of current consumption and current changes between sleep mode and active mode.
