PSoC™ 4100T Plus is an innovative solution that integrates HMI and system control on a single chip. Equipped with a 48 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU and 5th generation CAPSENSE™-based Multi-Sense technology (inductive sensing, liquid level detection, hover touch), it delivers both a refined touch experience and precise control functionality simultaneously.

- Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) improved 10 times compared to the previous generation maximizes touch sensitivity accuracy and stability
- 'Always-On' automatic scan supports immediate touch response even in standby mode
- Autonomous channel scanning efficiently manages up to 32 sensors without CPU intervention
- Implements not only capacitive touch but also inductive and liquid level sensing on a single chip
In particular, while the existing PSoC 4 touch controller focused on HMI functionality, PSoC™ 4100T Plus has evolved into a true 'smart HMI' by adding the following system control features:
- Flexible analog input/output support with 12-bit resolution/1 MSPS SAR ADC and Smart I/O
- Up to 53 GPIO and rich embedded peripherals including DMA, TCPWM, SCB (I²C/SPI/UART)
- Stable clock delivery with 1% IMO accuracy without external crystal
