Pch Power MOSFET Solutions and Application Cases for Industrial and Consumer Devices

Recently, as cases of higher input voltages being used in power circuits for advanced control in industrial equipment and consumer devices have increased, demands for MOSFETs not only to have low ON resistance but also high withstand voltage have risen.

MOSFETs come in Nch and Pch types, and generally the more efficient Nch is used. However, when using Nch MOSFET on the High-side, a gate voltage higher than the input voltage is required, which has presented the challenge of circuit configuration becoming complex.

On the other hand, Pch MOSFET can be driven with a gate voltage lower than the input voltage, allowing for simplified circuit configuration and reduced design burden.
In this webinar, focusing on "LVMOSFET," we will organize the differences between Nch and Pch from the basics and explain the merits of Pch MOSFET and target markets.
