Expanding cooperation in future mobility research and development
Korea Automobile Research Institute (KARI) and the Korea Transportation Safety Authority are leading the way in future mobility technology and safety innovation.
Hanjayeon announced on the 18th that it signed a business agreement with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority for cooperation in future mobility research and development at the Korea Transportation Safety Authority headquarters located in Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do on the 17th.
The MOU signing ceremony was attended by around 20 key figures, including Hanjayeon Director Na Seung-sik, Korea Transportation Safety Authority Chairman Jeong Yong-sik, Hanjayeon Research Deputy Director Kim Hyeon-cheol, Autonomous Driving Technology Research Institute Director Lee Jae-gwan, Eco-friendly Technology Research Institute Director Ku Yeong-mo, Korea Transportation Safety Authority Automobile Inspection Headquarters Director Oh Tae-seok, and Automobile Safety Research Institute Director Eom Seong-bok.
Through this MOU, we plan to continue to cooperate in all directions on technological and safety innovations in future mobility fields such as autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, and hydrogen vehicles, including establishing a solid partnership.
△It was reported that they plan to cooperate on joint research in the future mobility field, △discovering demand for the development and activation of the mobility ecosystem, and △developing research and evaluation technologies to ensure safety and innovation related to mobility and transportation.
Hanjayeon expects that through cooperation with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, it will be able to accelerate the development of the mobility industry and the establishment of a sustainable transportation system.
Na Seung-sik Han Ja-yeon WonJang said, “Safety and reliability are important prerequisites and essential elements on the path toward a future mobility society,” and added, “We will develop safe and innovative future vehicle technologies and solutions through cooperation with the Korea Transportation Safety Authority, a comprehensive transportation safety expert organization, and lead the sustainable growth of the mobility industry.”
