한국자동차연구원(원장 나승식)과 평택대학교(총장 이동현)가 ‘첨단 자동차 산업 발전 및 우수 인력양성을 위한 업무협약’을 체결했다.
Activation of human and material resource exchanges such as autonomous driving and eco-friendliness
Korea Automobile Research Institute (President Seung-sik Na) and Pyeongtaek University (President Dong-hyeon Lee) have joined hands to develop the advanced automobile industry and foster talent.
On the 17th, Hanjaeyeon and Pyeongtaek University signed a 'Business Agreement for the Development of Advanced Automobile Industry and Training of Excellent Human Resources' at Pyeongtaek University located in Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.
Through this MOU, the two organizations plan to establish an organic cooperative relationship and continue cooperation for the development of cutting-edge automobile industries, including autonomous and eco-friendly vehicles.
Specifically, they plan to cooperate in the following areas: △operating human resource development training programs in the automobile industry, △exchanging facilities and research infrastructure, △exchanging information and providing resources.
Hanjaeyeon and Pyeongtaek University are expected to build a solid academic-research cooperation network based on the human and material infrastructure of both institutions, thereby further activating technological acquisition and training of excellent human resources.
Na Seung-sik, the president of Hanjayeon, said, “The most important core resource and driving force for the development of the future automobile industry is professional manpower,” and added, “Through this cooperation, we will continue active exchanges so that we can create results across the entire industry, such as fostering excellent human resources and developing technology.”
President Lee Dong-hyun of Pyeongtaek University said, “Pyeongtaek University, which is adjacent to KG Mobility and KIA, has established the Department of Smart Mobility, etc. He said, “We have been working hard to develop related industries centered on this,” and “With this agreement, we will further develop into a global innovation university that leads the development of convergence talents and regional development.”
