SAP solves problems faced by companies in the distribution industry by providing a public cloud ERP and AI shopping assistant specialized for the distribution industry, and provides a customized ERP system that distribution companies want.
SAP announced on the 13th that it unveiled innovative solutions for the distribution industry at the 'Retail's Big Show' hosted by the National Retail Federation (NRF).
In this announcement, we officially launched ‘SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Retail, Public Edition’.

SAP's latest solutions help companies address challenges as they explore new distribution opportunities.
Based on the flexibility of public cloud architecture, it provides distribution industry-specific processes and integration capabilities, streamlining processes, improving customer experience, and supporting sustainable growth.
It also includes the ability to integrate and manage financial, procurement, product planning, and operational data.
SAP has announced a new loyalty management solution for retail and consumer goods companies, scheduled to be released in the second half of 2025.
According to a recent survey, 83% of American consumers feel they are not valued enough as loyal customers.
SAP’s new loyalty management solution is integrated with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for Retail, SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Imazys Customer Engagement to provide customers with tailored experiences and real-time personalization benefits.
Key features include delivering tailored benefits linked to a cloud-based loyalty wallet, supporting a variety of omnichannel promotional plans, and delivering personalized commerce and services.
SAP plans to officially launch an AI-based shopping assistant in the first half of 2025. This intelligent assistant, which will be provided with the SAP CX AI toolkit, will help customers find the products they want quickly and accurately through natural language conversation.
