Microchip Technology Inc. has introduced the BR235 and BR235D series of high-reliability electromagnetic power relays optimized for aerospace and defense applications.

The product complies with MIL-PRF-83536 specifications and ISO-9001 certification requirements and is characterized by high reliability even in extreme environments.

Microchip developed the BR235 and BR235D series to meet the needs of customers requiring mission-critical performance in the aerospace and defense industries.

The relay is rated at 25A 3PDT and supports coil voltages of 6-48V DC and 115V AC.

Additionally, a variety of design options, including suppressing and non-suppressing relay options, straight or J-hook terminal pin types, with or without mounting tabs, and tin or gold plating, allow for a configuration that is optimized for the user's needs.

In particular, the BR235 and BR235D series have passed 30G vibration and 200G mechanical shock tests, and are designed to operate stably even in a temperature range of -70°C to 125°C. A product that can provide long-term reliability in the aerospace and defense industries, with guaranteed supply along with global technical support.
