Samsung Electronics has introduced a new product, the 'Bespoke Refrigerator', which is packed with energy-saving technology. Samsung Electronics is solidifying the formula of 'AI appliances = Samsung' by continuously introducing home appliances with enhanced AI functions.

Samsung Electronics launched a new Bespoke refrigerator product that enhances energy savings with AI technology on the 14th, following the Bespoke Jet AI and Bespoke AI Combo. This new Bespoke refrigerator is a 4-door type, comes with a total of 12 types of panels, and also supports selective ordering among 360 types of 'Prism Color'. The factory price is 2.14 to 6.14 million won including the panel, of which the Bespoke Family Hub model is 5.99 to 6.14 million won, and the Bespoke Infinite Line is 4.74 to 5.59 million won.

The Bespoke Refrigerator Family Hub enables smart food management through 'On-Device AI' and 'Vision AI'. The 'AI Vision Inside' function is a function that automatically creates a food list by taking pictures of ingredients being put in and taken out of the refrigerator shelves and ingredients stored on the door with an internal camera and recognizing the type. It can classify and match 33 types of fresh food. Users can easily find out the type of food they are storing and its storage period.

In addition, the 2024 Bespoke refrigerator has reduced power consumption by applying the 'next-generation digital compressor' and 'AI saving mode' to all models. The 'digital compressor' is explained to have secured performance while saving energy by maximizing the use of inertia when driving the motor. The compressor can be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Samsung Electronics is strengthening connectivity based on 'SmartThings' in AI refrigerators, following its previous AI washing and drying machines and AI TVs. SmartThings-based AI saving mode is a function in which the refrigerator predicts and adjusts usage, and reduces energy usage by up to 23% based on actual usage through two-stage customized energy saving.

AI Saving Mode optimizes refrigerator operation by distinguishing between new food coming in and simply checking the inside through AI learning in Stage 1. It also predicts the frost that occurs during cooling and removes the frost at the optimal time. In Stage 2, it further saves energy with the smart temperature control function. It adjusts the refrigerator and freezer temperature within the range that can keep food fresh according to the user's choice.

You can also enjoy smart home features via the SmartThings dashboard on the 32-inch full HD touch screen.
