Lam Research Korea announced on the 24th that it is recruiting full-time Field Process Engineers.

Recruitment begins today, and applicants must have a master's or doctoral degree or be expected to receive one in a field related to semiconductor processes, such as △chemistry △physics △materials △electronics/electricity. In particular, applicants who can work normally from April 2025 will be the target.

Lam Research process engineers play a critical role in providing innovative solutions to customers’ semiconductor development processes. Their primary job is to perform initial process and recipe setup for new equipment installations, and to manage Lam Research equipment to achieve optimal yields.

In addition, we plan to select talents with data analysis skills, research methodological problem-solving skills, and smooth communication skills with the global headquarters research group, focusing on the ‘etching’ and ‘deposition’ processes.

Applications will be accepted through the official Lam Research Korea recruitment website until the 9th. Applicants will undergo a document screening and interview process.
