# Power Quality and Energy Research Through Hands-On Training and Fluke Power Analyzer
In modern times where nonlinear loads predominate, managing not only energy consumption such as active power and cumulative energy for cost reduction, but also power quality issues including phase imbalance, voltage anomalies such as Dip/Swell, and harmonics has become an extremely important item. Fluke's new 1736/1738 three-phase power logger is the premier test tool capable of performing such power quality management and research and analysis of energy consumed. By automatically capturing and recording over 500 power quality parameters, you can better understand the data needed to optimize system stability and energy savings. It provides a convenient user interface with a touchpad-style full-color display and Korean-localized menus and software, includes flexible current probes capable of measuring up to 1500A as standard, and features intelligent measurement validation functionality that can digitally identify and correct typical wiring errors to reduce measurement errors, making setup easier and measurement errors more reducible than ever. Additionally, without connecting a separate external power source, the product can be powered directly from the measurement line, and measurement data can be easily downloaded even while measuring without terminating the logging state. Using the included Energy Analyzer Plus software, measured values can be quickly and easily converted to charts and graphs to identify problems and create detailed reports, and conversion to separate Excel files is also possible. The Fluke 1736/1738 is the premier general-purpose power logger.
