Application of Field Pressure Calibrators and Benchtop Multimeters
Various pressure sensors are used in industrial field operations. There are commonly used analog gauges, digital gauges capable of measuring precise values in digital format, and various sensors such as transmitters and transducers that output measured values as electrical signals.
To calibrate these diverse sensors, it is necessary to use calibration equipment that is appropriate and suitable for the purpose, enabling fast and accurate sensor calibration work. In particular, field operations involve several constraints that must be considered in advance when performing calibration tasks.
To calibrate the various pressure sensors found in industrial field operations, a variety of pressure calibration equipment suitable for field use is employed. There are various calibration instruments including deadweight pressure gauges that utilize gravitational acceleration of calibration weights, pressure comparison pumps that generate pressure manually for verification and calibration, pressure controllers that enable anyone to perform verification and calibration work easily and quickly, and piston gauges for precision-grade pressure sensor calibration.
During this web seminar, we will conduct verification and calibration of pressure sensors using Fluke pressure calibrators suitable for field applications, accompanied by demonstrations.
Additionally, we will present measurement data logging methods and various measurement tips utilizing the Fluke benchtop multimeter.
