Discovering New PI (Power Integrity) Analysis with Keysight EXR Oscilloscope
This seminar aims to present an understanding of power integrity and methods for its measurement and analysis.
As digital signals become faster and chip integration density increases, Power Integrity has become increasingly important.
As power margins for stable operation become narrower, more precise measurement is required.
Recently, Keysight released the EXR series oscilloscope, which can simultaneously measure up to 8 channels and supports bandwidth up to 2.5GHz.
Using the new EXR series oscilloscope, we will introduce power integrity measurement methods and analysis matters such as PMIC testing and PSRR testing, and we look forward to your attendance.
