Applied Materials has been recognized for its commitment to excellence, partnership, inclusion and continuous quality improvement across Intel’s global supply chain.

Applied Materials announced on the 1st that it had won the 2024 Intel Partner 'EPIC (Excellence, Partnership, Inclusion and Continuous Improvement) Program Outstanding Partner Award'.

The Intel EPIC Partner Excellence Award is given to partners who have consistently demonstrated high performance across all performance criteria.

Of the thousands of Intel partners worldwide, only a few hundred are eligible to participate in the EPIC partner program.

The Intel Supplier Excellence Award is the second-highest award a supplier can receive, and in 2024, only 27 companies across Intel’s supply chain received the award.

To qualify for the Intel EPIC Partner Excellence Award, partners must exceed expectations, maintain aggressive performance goals and an annual performance review score of 80 or higher. Additionally, they must achieve at least 80 percent of their improvement plans and demonstrate excellent quality and business systems.
