SK Hynix announced on the 17th that it will pay approximately 133 billion won in advance to 470 partners in preparation for the Lunar New Year holiday.

It is expected that this early payment of the transaction price will provide substantial help to partners who have a large temporary need for funds, such as payment of raw material costs and employee holiday bonuses.

SK Hynix said, “Considering the overall situation of the industry suffering from high interest rates and high exchange rates, we decided to pay the transaction amount early to ensure smooth cash flow for our partners and to stimulate the domestic economy,” adding, “We hope that this payment will help our partners and their members prepare for the Lunar New Year holiday and help their households.”

In order to support its partners, SK Hynix previously increased the number of transaction payments from three to four times per month starting in 2020. In addition, we are operating a mutual growth fund worth 360 billion won, including a low-interest rate mutual growth fund of about 340 billion won and an interest-free supply support fund of about 20 billion won, to support the stable management activities of our partners.
