A wide range of products from highly portable 2 Series to PAM4 solutions
Tektronix Korea showcased its electronic measurement technology that can measure semiconductors and high-speed communications without any problems with excellent portability and convenience as well as high performance at the Semiconductor Exhibition.
Tektronix participated in the Semiconductor Expo (SEDEX 2024) held at COEX from October 23 to 25, exhibiting a variety of product lines from the 2 series to the 6 series, as well as PAM4 measurement solutions.
The 2 series is a product that has enhanced portability while maintaining the existing scope performance, weighing only 3.6 kg even with the battery connected.
The touch interface of the existing product has been inherited, and intuitiveness has been enhanced with LED indicator lights around the knob. Supports bandwidths up to 500MHz.
This is a useful piece of equipment for taking measurements inside a car or during on-site visits.
The 3 and 4 Series oscilloscopes offer bandwidths from 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz, real-time sampling at 6.25 GS/s, and up to 16-bit vertical resolution, supporting up to six input channels, making them ideal for three-phase power analysis, and the exclusive Spectrum View provides multi-channel spectrum analysis synchronized with the time domain waveform.
The 5 series excels in performance such as signal quality and convenience such as a UI that allows users to easily measure. First of all, it is optimized for touch actions such as zooming, so the screen can be viewed intuitively and the 15.6-inch touchscreen can be operated.
Additionally, it can be extended to provide resolution up to 16 bits for more precise measurements, allows viewing of analog signals in the frequency domain, and has additional automatic measurement functions.
It supports three-phase analysis and signal integrity analysis, and while triggering was previously done with signals input to the scope's channels, triggering is done through the AUX IN input, allowing Aux to be measured as is without channel loss.
The 6 series has a bandwidth of up to 10㎓, provides up to 8 channels of FlexChannel™ that can freely convert analog input to digital input configuration, and improves the sampling speed to up to 50GS/s, meeting the requirements for high-speed data processing that has become a hot topic in recent embedded designs.
It boasts industry-leading signal fidelity, achieving noise of less than 51.1㎶ at 1㎷/div and 1㎓, and less than 1.39㎷ at 50㎷/div and 10㎓. This is the lowest noise level in the industry.
It can also be used in a variety of applications including semiconductors, power integrity, automotive, defense, aerospace, and research.
In addition, Tektronix introduced high-bandwidth measurement equipment, PAM4 signal equipment, and Keithley parameter and packaging solutions at this exhibition.
“Tektronix is supporting the electronics industry with technology that provides convenience as well as the lowest noise and highest sensitivity in the field of electronic measurement,” said Managing Director Park Young-jun, introducing Tektronix equipment. “We will provide technical support so that customers handling digital RF, serial bus, and embedded system design can develop next-generation products and design products of better quality.”
