Gcore's edge network provides low-latency infrastructure to Xsolla for fast game speeds.

Gcore, a global public cloud, edge computing, and edge AI specialist company, announced on the 21st that it has signed a business agreement with Xsolla, a video game commerce company.

Through the agreement between the two companies, Gcore's Xsolla Launcher, an integrated game service solution, will provide game developers with a new global distribution channel regardless of gamer location. Game players can reduce loading times and download games more smoothly and efficiently through Gcore's 180 global edge Points of Presence (PoP).

Xsolla Launcher enables game developers of all sizes to expand game distribution reach, support user community building, simplify game installation, and enhance player communication.

Additionally, by leveraging Gcore's powerful Content Delivery Network (CDN), game components can be efficiently retrieved and cached, ensuring smooth and fast game downloads upon player request.
