RETIA Co., Ltd., a company specializing in OCR solutions, is introducing ABBYY FlexiCapture 11, a solution from the global company ABBYY, to the domestic market.

According to Retia, Abby FlexiCapture 11 is an automated document processing solution based on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology that can intelligently extract only the necessary data from image documents and store it in a database, and can also classify large volumes of image documents containing various formats by type.

This solution, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, is a global solution used by companies and organizations in over 100 countries worldwide and has been adopted in large-scale projects such as Chile's presidential voting system and Russia's national college entrance exam form processing.

In the new version, the analysis performance of Korean documents has been significantly improved through new document analysis technology, and the recognition performance at the individual character level has also been greatly enhanced. Retia announced that it provides tools to scan or capture documents within the interface of existing systems used in enterprises with new features, and that new customization tools, including .NET scripting tools, have been added to process scanning tasks faster and more efficiently.

Furthermore, Abby FlexiCapture 11 is characterized by its ability to recognize 180 languages worldwide, including Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, with high accuracy, and to process everything from simple formats to unstructured documents without fixed formats using proprietary data extraction and document classification technologies.
