At the 50th Super Bowl pre-show event, which recorded the third-highest viewership in history with a total of 101.19 million viewers, Lady Gaga utilized the SKM 5200 wireless microphone system equipped with the Sennheiser MD 5325 capsule to deliver an outstanding performance. Her explosive vocal prowess combined with solo piano performance captivated audiences worldwide.

Lady Gaga's monitoring engineer Jim Corbin stated, "The Sennheiser MD 5235 capsule covers a wide frequency range from low to high registers and captures even subtle details such as dynamics," adding "The Sennheiser microphone system is a reliable product that delivers sound as it is without requiring setting adjustments, whether she holds the microphone close or at a distance."

The Super Bowl halftime show was highlighted by passionate performances from Bruno Mars and Beyoncé. Bruno Mars performed "Uptown Funk" with a specially customized Sennheiser headmic, capturing the audience's attention through both visually and acoustically impressive staging.
