Joint Marketing and Business Development MOU for SDDC Market Capture
Providing Total Solutions for Building Customer-Customized Data Centers

Schneider Electric Korea announced its collaboration with Naim Networks, a Software Defined Networking (SDN) specialist, to capture the SDDC (Software Defined Data Center) market.

SDDC refers to virtualizing data center components such as servers, storage, networking, and security management, and controlling and managing these virtualized infrastructures through software. It is recognized as an innovative technology in the traditional data center field and is leading the next-generation networking market landscape. Global companies such as Google, Facebook, and Amazon have already completed SDDC construction.

Under this agreement, the two companies will integrate Schneider Electric's data center infrastructure equipment and DCIM (Datacenter Infrastructure Management) solutions with Naim Networks' COD (Customer Optimized Datacenter) platform and provide them as a total solution, pooling their capabilities across all areas from construction through management and operation of next-generation data centers. This strategy is expected to resolve customer concerns that previously faced difficulties with integrated management and provide stable solutions at reasonable prices. Additionally, the companies plan to apply these solutions to the COD platform operated by Naim Networks.

According to Naim Networks, 17 prestigious domestic and international vendors currently participate, forming a collaborative ecosystem, and the scale of partners is showing growth. Various customers concerned about next-generation data center operations visit COD to experience practical management methods in SDDC environments.

DCIM is a solution that efficiently manages data center resources, reducing unnecessary power waste and helping optimize power usage, cooling, and server efficiency.
