Korean Molex announced that it is supplying LED array holders for LED-type COB arrays.

Existing products used for LED lighting installation required the use of wire drawing tools to extract and connect wires, which entailed inconveniences such as unnecessary costs, process time, and tool storage. To resolve these inconveniences, Molex Korea developed a push-button type LED array holder that allows LED lighting products to be installed without the need for separate tools.



This product allows for easy insertion of wires by pushing them directly into the holder without tools, and convenient removal by pressing a push button. Furthermore, since it is an integrated design, it is easy to handle, which can lead to improved work efficiency.

Molex Korea's new LED array holder complies with the three major industry standards established by the Zhaga Consortium, enabling lighting manufacturers to upgrade their products without redesigning them.

This holder is custom-made for Samsung Electronics LES-type COB arrays, so it can be used with Samsung COB array products (LES models with diameters of 13.50, 14.50, and 19.00 mm: LC013B, LC019B, LC026B, LC033B, LC040B).
