Unveiled top-tier laptop lineup including 2-in-1 PCs, Transformers 3, and Transformers 3 Pro

ASUS (kr.asus.com) launched its business as a premium brand in earnest on the 30th, one day before Computex 2016, which will be held in Taipei, Taiwan from May 31 to June 4, by unveiling a large number of new products and technologies in Taiwan in front of a global press corps.

Held at Humble Studio in Taipei, Taiwan, the event focused on ASUS's innovation theme, 'Zenvolution,' and introduced a variety of premium products to hundreds of journalists gathered from around the world. Zenvolution is the second theme that evolved from ASUS's 'Zensation,' representing a brand value that embodies ASUS's philosophy for continuous innovation.

The ZenBook 3, the latest model of ASUS’s flagship premium laptop brand ZenBook, features a premium aluminum design that offers superior lightness and thickness (0.91kg, 11.9mm) compared to previous models, and boasts the best competitiveness in all aspects of performance and design compared to comparable products on the market. In addition, it garnered significant attention due to its high cost-effectiveness and various color options.

In addition, a new Transformer series of 2-in-1 PC models was unveiled. The new models, the Transformer 3 and Transformer 3 Pro, are PCs that have garnered attention as multi-purpose mobile PCs that significantly enhance performance, portability, convenience, and expandability compared to existing products. In fact, the Transformer 3 maximizes portability and convenience with a weight of 695g and a thickness of 6.9mm, making it smaller than a sheet of A4 paper, while the Transformer 3 Pro received a highly positive response at the event for its elegant design, featuring a thickness of 8.35mm, a compact form factor, diamond-cut edges, and exquisite metal concentric circles.

In addition, the company showcased the ZenFone 3, the third-generation model of the ZenFone smartphone lineup which is performing well in the global market, demonstrating its status as a premium brand. Furthermore, ASUS unveiled Zenbo, a smart home robot equipped with IoT robot technology, receiving an enthusiastic response at the event. The new products announced today are scheduled to be exhibited at Computex 2016, which is being held in Taipei starting today (the 31st), and visitors will have the opportunity to experience them.
