SoundCat launches premium reflection filter 'HALO' in Korea

ASTON MICROPHONES is a brand established in 2015 in the UK by a team of industry-leading producers and acoustic engineers, presenting products with 'The Art of performance' as its core value. In Korea, four products including HALO, as well as condenser microphones ORIGIN and SPIRIT, were launched in July.
HALO is a premium reflection filter optimized for improving home recording environments. Its design features an elliptical shape on the upper, lower, and horizontal front sections to filter reflections, and provides spatial depth at the design stage to enhance sound absorption capabilities. Additionally, it uses eco-friendly PET felt material to reduce the body weight to under 1kg, and requires no springs or screws for installation, eliminating the inconvenience of transportation and setup.
The official price is 350,000 won and it is available for purchase through ZOUND, a premium audio equipment specialist online shop, as well as various online open marketplaces.
Yoon Young-gwang, assistant manager at SoundCat, the official distributor of HALO, stated, "HALO will deliver satisfactory results comparable to those achieved in professional studios for those who must record in limited environments," and added, "It is a reflection filter that completely blocks external noise to such a degree that users can experience the effect of an independent space being provided."
Meanwhile, SoundCat, a premium audio equipment specialist, officially distributes reflection filters 'RF PRO' and 'RF SPACE' from 'sE' as well as the 'Eyeball' reflection filter from 'Kaotica' in Korea.
