Appnori Participates in 2016 AD ATARS and Showcases Baseball Kings VR and Ping Pong Kings VR

Appnori, a company specializing in VR sports game production, participated in the 2016 Busan International Advertising Festival (AD STARS) held at BEXCO in Haeundae from August 25 to 27 and demonstrated its self-developed VR baseball game (Baseball Kings VR) and VR table tennis game (Ping Pong Kings VR).

In particular, through the 'Game Stars' program newly established this year, they received favorable reviews for showcasing an immersive sports VR game that seamlessly integrates corporate advertising within the game, at the request of the International Advertising Festival Secretariat as part of creative solutions for game branding and game marketing applications.



Lee Sang-wook, Marketing Director at Appnori, said, “Due to the nature of sports games, LED advertising boards can be installed in baseball stadiums and table tennis arenas. By displaying corporate promotional videos and corporate CIs, primarily featuring AD STARS sponsors, on scoreboards and fence advertising boards, we were able to receive positive feedback from PR managers of participating companies regarding the effectiveness of advertising exposure.” He added, “In particular, by developing and exhibiting sports VR games that anyone can enjoy, such as baseball and table tennis, which are different from existing VR games, we became one of the experience halls that received the greatest response from AD STARS visitors.”
