Wacom, Gmarket & Auction joint event to commemorate the launch of 'Bamboo Smartpad'

Wacom Korea (CEO Joohyung Kim), the Korean subsidiary of tablet specialist Wacom, is holding a joint launching event on Gmarket and Auction to commemorate the domestic launch of Bamboo Slate and Bamboo Folio.

This promotion, which will be held until the 25th, will be applied to the three new Bamboo Smartpad models: ▲Bamboo Slate Small (A5), ▲Bamboo Slate Large (A4), and ▲Bamboo Folio Large (A4).

During the event period, all customers who purchase from Gmarket and Auction will receive a Bamboo Stylus Solo (CS-160). The gift will be provided together with the purchased product, and the color will be sent randomly. Bamboo Stylus Solo is a touch pen that can be used on smartphones or tablet PCs, and is a useful item that allows you to use digital devices while wearing gloves even outside in the winter.

The new Bamboo Slate and Bamboo Folio are smart pad products that can convert writing or drawings on paper into digital files, and edit and share the digital files. Handwrite notes, sketch ideas, etc. with a pen on your own notepad, and then convert your work into a digital file with a simple button, allowing you to edit, save, and share it on all iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

It can be used on regular paper instead of special paper, and it offers a live mode function that synchronizes what you write on paper with your mobile device in real time, as well as a function that converts handwriting to text. Anyone can conveniently use it in various fields such as note-taking, lectures, meetings, hand drawings, and sketches.

Bamboo Slate comes in two models, small (A5) and large (A4), with a slim, easy-to-use design in the form of a plate. Bamboo Folio comes in one large (A4) model, with a cover that has a separate storage space for business cards and documents.
