S-Printing Solution Unveils 'Printing App' Optimized for Customer Business
Published2017.04.18 17:05S-Printing Solution unveiled version 2.0 of the upgraded 'Printing App Center' on the 18th.
The 'Printing App Center' is a web portal where users can download apps and solutions from Samsung Smart UX Center, and provides functions and programs to support dealer business.
With this upgrade to version 2.0, customized features for dealers, app developers, and customers have been added to the existing functionality. Using the 'My Catalog' feature, printing dealers can select apps suited to their customers' business characteristics and easily create and distribute catalogs.
The 'Smart Cafe' feature, an online chatroom within the app center that facilitates communication among Printing App Center users, allows dealers, customers, app developers, and operators to exchange opinions and questions and answers related to printing devices and apps. Functions have also been added for app developers to easily verify app validation procedures and check app download status.
Song Sung-won, Executive Vice President of S-Printing Solution, stated, "This Printing App Center upgrade prioritized supporting dealers' app business and facilitating smooth communication between dealers•customers•and app developers," adding, "We anticipate that the 'Printing App Center 2.0' will improve work efficiency for Smart UX Center users."

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation.
