First established in 2007 and now in its 11th year, the 'Best Companies to Work For Awards' is hosted by The Korea Economic Magazine and organized by Hankyung Business, Money, and Campus Job & Joy, along with the job information site Saramin, and The Korea University Newspaper, It is a prestigious awards ceremony that selects and awards the nation's best 'companies to work for' based on research data.

Lee Jae-hoon, CEO of Molex Korea, who received the "Best Company to Work For" award at the awards ceremony held at the Grand Hilton Hotel in Hongeun-dong, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on May 25, stated, "This was due to the voluntary determination of our employees to create a workplace where they can take pride in their work and steadily develop their careers," adding, "Taking this consecutive award as an opportunity, we plan to strive to cultivate an even more free and creative organizational culture."

Accordingly, The Korea Economic Magazine has been evaluating and selecting companies based on their financial performance, welfare practices, and contributions to society to award prizes.

The Korea Economic Magazine selected Molex Korea as this year's winner for the eighth consecutive year, highly acknowledging its contribution to fostering excellent talent and corporate culture through job creation rooted in stability and harmony.
