The Molex ValuSeal wire-to-wire connector supplied by Mouser Electronics is designed with an innovative integrated housing structure that simplifies the assembly process and protects against harsh and humid environments, dust, and low-pressure water spray. This design approach reduces the number of required components, improving efficiency.
Additionally, with a pitch of only 4.00mm, it provides design flexibility in space-constrained applications. The positive latch feature maintains the coupled state between the receptacle and plug, preventing disconnection.
The 'wire strain-relief' structure integrated into the ValuSeal wire-to-wire connector body prevents excessive bending, damage, and leakage paths. Mouser also maintains inventory of ValuSeal pre-crimped leads that simplify the wire termination process and improve cost efficiency.

Mouser Electronics has announced that it supplies the ultra-low power sub-1GHz transceiver S2-LP from STMicroelectronics (ST). The S2-LP wireless chip, launched as the successor to the highly popular SPIRIT1, can be utilized in IoT (Internet of Things) applications based on features such as extended transmission range, wider selection options, ultra-low power consumption, and flexible configuration. The ST S2-LP transceiver supplied by Mouser Electronics is an ultra-low power wireless product optimized for RF (radio frequency) products operating at frequencies below 1GHz. It operates in license-free ISM and SRD (Short Range Device) frequency bands, and additional frequencies can be added through programming. This product is suitable for networked devices and supports Sigfox global network, wireless M-Bus, 6LowPAN, and IEEE 802.15.4g standards.

Databricks Unveils Open AI Security Monitoring 'Lakewatch'
Databricks entered the security market on March 24 by unveiling LakeWatch, an open-source agentic SIEM. The core functionality of this product is to integrate and analyze security, IT, and business data in a single environment to support AI-based threat detection and investigation. The company explained that it reduces the limitations of existing security operations centers, which have had to forgo some data due to high cost structures, and enables large-scale data analysis and automation based on open formats and ecosystems. LakeWatch is currently offered as a private preview, with Adobe and Dropbox mentioned as early customers. Databricks also announced an expanded partnership with Anthropic as well as the acquisition of Antimatter and SiftD.ai.
