ASD Korea's 'Cloudike' has been adopted by CJ OliveNetworks' cloud service, 'CJ Drive,' creating a successful collaboration case.

Cloudike, a cloud-based enterprise file sharing and synchronization solution, is installed on internal corporate servers to securely store and share corporate documents and files.

CJ OliveNetworks, which is responsible for CJ Group's IT services, announced that it selected ASD Korea to supply the Cloudike service, citing the increasing number of requests from affiliates for the introduction of collaboration systems to drive business innovation in response to the rapidly changing IT work environment, and highly evaluating ASD Korea's technological capabilities.



Through the adoption of Cloudike, CJ OliveNetworks built 'CJ Drive,' a cloud service with enhanced security, by establishing a collaboration environment with global partners, defining an enterprise-wide data management system, and expanding the document delivery system for customers.

CJ Drive has increased overall work productivity by more than 30% through enhanced collaboration features, convenience, and security, and is contributing to the work efficiency of employees by establishing a customized data management system for each affiliate and laying the foundation for a low-cost, high-efficiency cloud content management service.

Especially in cases requiring a high level of security, such as when sharing important data, you can restrict unauthorized printing of specific documents or 'watermarks' through 'CJ Drive'Security was enhanced by inserting a type of mark called 'o;' to record the user and the time of use.
