MapR (MapR Technologies) has launched the MapR Orbit Cloud Suite.

MapR Orbit, providing extensive cloud computing capabilities, enables enterprises to implement a data fabric that manages data across single or multiple clouds, hybrid clouds, or edge environments. It also includes advanced features for cloud builders and cloud service providers.

MapR has launched MapR Orbit Cloud Suite to address distributed data and the cloud. By optimizing MapR's single data platform, it supports the easy deployment of analytics and applications in cloud environments and provides benefits such as business agility and cloud economies of scale like object tiering.

Key features include cloud-native data management and object tiering, the deployment of a multi-cloud hybrid data fabric, connectivity between the edge and the cloud, and the deployment of a converged cloud on a single platform.
