Mouser supplies Murata's DMH series ultra-thin supercapacitors

Designed as ultra-thin units with a thickness of only 0.4mm, they are engineered to support peak power in portable devices with space constraints such as wearables, medical patches, electronic paper devices, and smart cards.
Murata's DMH series supercapacitors supplied by Mouser provide high output while maintaining low ESR (equivalent series resistance) of 300mΩ at 1kHz. They offer a high peak voltage of 4.5V and deliver stable output characteristics across a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
DMH series supercapacitors offer energy storage capability more than 100 times superior to conventional ceramic and electrolytic capacitors, and have longer lifespan than typical secondary batteries. They are ideal devices for peak power supplementation in small electronic devices, helping improve output and power stability.
In addition to peak power supplementation applications such as LED flash, audio circuits, and power amplifiers, engineers can incorporate DMH series supercapacitors when designing applications for high-power backup and energy harvesting devices.
