Wacom has launched two new flagship large LCD tablets (DTK-2451, DTH-2452) for the business and education markets that use electronic documents.

The newly released products feature a large 24-inch Full HD screen and a high-resolution display of 1920x1080 pixels. To accommodate various usage purposes, the lineup consists of two models: the DTK-2451, a pen version, and the DTH-2452, which supports both pen and touch.

The new 24-inch LCD tablet maximizes work efficiency by supporting a cutting-edge digital work environment for business and administrative tasks. The large screen aids in direct communication and consulting processes with customers, and also enables writing, annotating, and digitally signing documents within an integrated document management system using ample space.

In particular, models that support pen and touch provide a user experience similar to writing on paper, even on the screen, along with enhanced precision, supporting intuitive document work. User convenience has been improved by allowing users to set frequently used functions in various software applications as shortcuts through customizable ExpressKeys.

Wacom LCD tablets provide a way to maximize communication by visualizing materials. Teachers can conduct effective and interesting classes by adding text, notes, sketches, etc., to presentation slides or brainstorming templates within a Wacom tablet, and can visualize class materials, such as highlighting, by reflecting student feedback in real time, or create an interactive learning environment.

Visualizing the diagnosis and treatment process in the hospital for easy understanding

Wacom's new LCD tablet can also be effectively utilized in the medical field. Doctors can visualize and explain medical details during consultations with patients or add detailed diagnostic information to digital records such as X-rays and medical charts. Furthermore, it enables the realization of a paperless environment by digitally processing various administrative tasks within hospitals, such as electronic signatures, consent for the provision of patient personal information, and medical registration.
