LG Electronics is strengthening its strategy to penetrate the European market through products and services incorporating the artificial intelligence speaker 'ThinQ' at LG InnoFest held at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
LG Electronics has configured a 'ThinQ Zone' where it presents the artificial intelligence platform 'DeepThinQ' and life spaces such as living rooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens, displaying products equipped with artificial intelligence technology to provide visitors with hands-on experience opportunities.
For example, visitors in the living room can easily control TV functions such as screen mode, channel switching, and volume adjustment using the voice recognition function of OLED TVs with applied artificial intelligence technology. In the laundry room, TwinWash along with dryers and stylers work in conjunction with each other to effectively manage laundry. In the kitchen, the refrigerator identifies ingredients inside and recommends recipes, while the oven automatically selects cooking functions suitable for the dish.
In addition, LG Electronics displayed premium products to be sold in Europe this year, including TROMM TwinWash, TROMM dryer, Knock-On Magic Space refrigerator, and OLED TV. The company also intensively promoted inverter technology suited for high efficiency, high performance, and low noise.
Na Young-bae, Senior Vice President and Europe Regional Representative of LG Electronics, emphasized, "By leading with AI appliances that deliver substantial customer value across all aspects of daily life, we will enhance the LG brand presence in the demanding European premium market."
