Essential Exhibition for IT Business, Japan IT Week Spring to be Held Next Month

Japan IT Week Spring is a comprehensive exhibition covering various IT fields from microprocessors to the latest applications, establishing itself as Japan's largest business platform for IT professionals. The exhibition is expected to bring together 91,000 industry experts and 1,700 participating companies at Tokyo Big Sight.
The exhibition includes the newly launched AI & Business Automation Expo, alongside △AI & Business Automation Expo, △Software & Application Development Expo (SODEC), △Big Data Management Expo (BIG DATA Spring), △Embedded Systems Expo (ESEC Spring), △Data Storage Expo (DSE), △Data Center Expo (DATA CENTER Spring), △Information Security Expo (IST Spring), △Web & Digital Marketing Expo (Web-Mo Spring), △Cloud Computing Expo (CLOUD JAPAN Spring), △Mobile Solutions Expo (MOBIX Spring), △IoT/M2M Expo (IoT/M2M Spring), △E-commerce Solutions Expo (DIREX Spring), △Retail IT Solutions Expo (STOREX Spring).
The newly launched AI & Business Automation Expo is one of the key highlights of this exhibition. This expo was established in response to growing demand for investment in AI and automation technology fields. At this expo, visitors can explore back-office/workflow automation, RPA/robotic automation, chatbots & automated response systems, data analysis automation, development and testing automation, marketing automation, and AI applications.
The 'IoT/M2M Expo (IoT/M2M Spring)' has served as a networking platform for business among solution providers and manufacturers handling direct communication technologies and application-related products at the 27th Japan IT Week Spring. IoT technology is advancing at a rapid pace, with new business fields such as 5G continuously emerging. Companies ranging from IoT and M2M-related devices by TOSHIBA, NEC, ARM, HUAWEI, SIEMENS, MICRON MEMORY, HITACHI, SONY STORAGE MEDIA SOLUTIONS, FANUC, CASIO COMPUTER, NTT DOCOMO, MICROSOFT and others to operators, solutions, and applications across a wide range of fields are expected to participate.
Along with the expansion of 'IoT/M2M Expo (IoT/M2M Spring)', the Embedded Systems Expo (ESEC) is also growing rapidly as a technology comparable to IoT and M2M. Major Japanese companies including AMD, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC, CANON IT SOLUTIONS, TQ SYSTEMS, VECTOR SOFTWARE and others will participate. Conference sessions related to embedded systems will include presentations by TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION and DENSO CORPORATION executives on future prospects of AI, embedded systems, and autonomous driving technology.
As cyber threats, cybersecurity awareness, and cybercrime increase, information security is a major area of interest within Japan as well. The rapid growth of IoT and AI technology is also heightening interest in security issues related to communications and networks.
TREND MICRO, ESET, PROOF POINT, CYBERX, FIRE EYE, CYLANCE, CANON MARKETING, KYOCERA COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS and numerous other participating companies will showcase various products and services related to hacking prevention, DoS prevention, anti-virus solutions, IPS, data destruction/recovery, IT asset management and more.
This year, 350 overseas companies from 21 countries will participate, and overseas country pavilions have also increased significantly due to high demand. Japan IT Week Spring is evolving into a genuine global business platform where the latest IT solutions from not only Japan but around the world can be accessed.

KT Participates in World's Largest Security Exhibition 'RSA Conference 2018'
KT announced on the 16th that it will participate in 'RSA Conference 2018,' the world's largest security exhibition held in San Francisco, USA from the 16th to the 20th (local time), and will leap forward as a global security platform business operator. RSA Conference is the world's largest security conference where major global security businesses participate, and the 2018 theme is 'Now Matters,' which means 'security is an important factor that directly impacts business.' This is KT's second exhibition participation following 'RSA® Conference 2017 AP&J' held in Singapore in 2017.

LG Innotek participates in the Korea Printed Circuit Association (KPCA) Show 2018.
LG Innotek will participate in the International Electronics Circuit Industry Exhibition (KPCA Show 2018), which will be held from the 24th to the 26th at KINTEX in Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, and showcase its advanced electronic circuit board technology. The International Electronics Circuit Industry Exhibition is the only domestic specialized electronics circuit trade show, where approximately 250 domestic and international companies participate annually to share the latest technology trends and information. Electronic circuit boards are key components that correspond to the nervous system circuits of electrical and electronic products such as smartphones, smart cars, TVs, and PCs, transmitting various electrical signals between components. Ecolab and K-water Discuss Innovation Collaboration in Advanced Industry Water Management

H.Energy Obtains Green Technology Certification…SolarOnCare Operating at 99.82% Uptime
H.Energy has obtained green technology certification from the Small and Medium Business Administration for solar power generation forecasting and I-V curve anomaly diagnosis technology. The AI-based asset management platform SolarOnCare is deployed across more than 3,000 power plants nationwide, achieving a system uptime of 99.82% and a 3.7% improvement in power generation performance. Through real-time data analysis, it protects power generation revenue by detecting and managing minor losses such as module degradation and partial shading early on.
