Capable of printing not only tubes but also labels suited for label printer applications

Brother International Korea announced that it will participate in the '2018 International Electric Power Exhibition' held for four days from May 30 (Wednesday) to June 1 (Friday) at COEX in Samseong-dong and introduce the 'Tube Numbering Machine PT-E800T'.

At this exhibition, Brother will participate with a dedicated booth (COEX 1F B Hall A131) and introduce the 'Tube Numbering Machine PT-E800T', which is equipped with the world's first twin engine for separate tube and label printing. Brother will also conduct an event commemorating the complete sellout of 500 units from the first production run of 'PT-E850TKW', the keyboard-type higher-end model released late last year.

At the venue, Brother will present all customers who purchase the 'Tube Numbering Machine PT-E800T' at regular price with complimentary gifts including a notebook in the 400,000 won range and a hard case valued at approximately 100,000 won that can be used together with the machine, and will ship the product with printer drivers and programs pre-installed so customers can immediately use the numbering machine. As another option, customers can also purchase the 'Tube Numbering Machine PT-E800T' at a discounted price of 200,000 won off the regular price.

The 'Tube Numbering Machine PT-E800T' is a PC-dedicated product characterized by the ability to perform not only tube printing but also label printer printing suited for various applications using a single printer for user convenience in large-scale industrial facilities. In other words, it is very convenient as tube printing and label printing functions can be used independently without replacing or reinstalling consumables. The label boasts a printing speed of 60mm per second, and the tube 40mm per second, and features two automatic and half cutters each for tubes and labels to support faster operations compared to other products.

Additionally, tubes can print text up to a maximum height of 6mm, and labels can print on labels up to 36mm in width, enabling more text output with excellent readability. The machine can use TZe tape, the strongest laminated label available, allowing users to experience the outstanding durability of label functions that are the unique advantages of existing Brother label printers. TZe tape is the world's only laminated label tape with excellent water resistance and durability that has undergone extreme testing to maintain the same label appearance as when initially applied, even in harsh environments and weather conditions.
