On November 30th, Integris successfully concluded the 'Clean Chemical Delivery Conference' on device performance improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction, with approximately 100 key officials from related departments such as production, quality, and research from 30 leading domestic and international electronic materials, display, and semiconductor companies in attendance.

The Clean Chemical Delivery Conference 2018, held to meet the increasingly demanding high-purity chemicals of Integrated Device Manufacturers (IDMs), is a forum for communication that presents solutions to remove contaminants such as particles and metal impurities that may occur during chemical manufacturing and transportation, and discusses collaborative methods to optimize these with related companies.

In particular, this event invited semiconductor expert analysts to introduce the trends of the domestic semiconductor industry, which is expanding due to the 4th Industrial Revolution, such as data center expansion, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things. In relation to this, Entegris proposed a clean chemical delivery solution to meet the chemical specifications required by IDM customers.

Specifically, it is a solution that controls particles, metals, organic pollutants generated during chemical manufacturing and pollutants generated during transportation, and IDM customers.We shared a solution to minimize residue when using this liquid product.

Entegris also emphasized the importance of collaboration among key players within the semiconductor industry ecosystem – chemical manufacturers, OEMs, device manufacturers, and materials suppliers – to address contamination issues and maintain high purity throughout the entire process, from manufacturing to transportation.
