Schneider Electric announced 'Schneider Electric Exchange,' a cross-industry open ecosystem, at the 'Hannover Messe 2019' industrial trade show held from the 1st to the 5th local time, the company revealed on the 4th.

Schneider Electric Exchange is a network platform designed to address customers' practical sustainability and efficiency challenges. It supports a diverse community of solution providers to create, scale business solutions, and generate new market value. Each participating entity gains access to an extensive network of technical tools and resources for developing, sharing, and selling digital and IoT innovations.

Additionally, participants acquire access to vast resource libraries including APIs, analytics, and datasets to enhance their digital offerings. By leveraging digital tools and expertise, solution deployment and time-to-market can be shortened, and through a robust cloud-based platform, insights and designs can be shared, enabling effective project management and completion.

Schneider Electric Exchange, based on the company's digital partner ecosystem, provides enterprises with essential tools needed for AI operations to accelerate and scale innovation and address practical challenges. Accenture, a global management consulting and professional services company, provides the capability to create customized solutions and develop digital business models.

Claroty, a security expert and partner in operational technology infrastructure, provides industrial cybersecurity expertise and works with enterprises to address broader digital risk factors in integrating IIoT solutions.

Schneider Electric uses publicly available datasets and SaaS from Senseye, a British predictive maintenance technology company, at Le Vaudreuil, its smart factory development base.

Additionally, it is jointly innovating digital services in the Italian retail chain market with Predictive Layer, an energy forecasting specialist. Schneider Electric Exchange can expand its geographic and market scope or partner base through the community network.
