The Galaxy S III features a 4.8-inch HD Super AMOLED screen, an 8-megapixel camera, a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, and the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. The Galaxy S III available through Verizon Wireless is equipped with ANADIGICS’ AWC6323 power amplifier, while the Galaxy S III available through Sprint is equipped with the AWC6325 and ALT6725 power amplifiers.
